Dear sir,
we incorporate company in 10/12/2010 but their is no transaction still today. so,company return filing is mandatory u/s 139(1) of income tax act ,1956.
please reply,

Yes, there is no exemption for corporate assessee from filing of ITR. You should file NIL Return.
