Resubmitting of IEPF5 form

26 November 2025 While resubmitting this form i got the message that total size of attachments should not be more than 10 mb . actually total size is less than 10 mb .then i opened the browser in incognito mode
even then this message is comming can anybody resolve this problem

- Compress files: Zip them or reduce image/PDF resolution to shrink size further.
- Check per-file size: Ensure no single file exceeds ~2–5 MB (depending on portal rules).
- Rename files: Occasionally, special characters in filenames cause upload errors.
- Try another browser: Switch to Chrome/Edge/Firefox to rule out browser-specific issues.
- Clear cache fully: Not just incognito—clear cookies/cache and retry.

27 November 2025 If you’re confident the files are under 10 MB, compress them into a single .zip file (say ~8 MB). That usually bypasses encoding overhead and ensures the portal sees one clean file.
