Resubmission of llp-3

28 December 2015 Hi Experts,
I have submitted LLP agreement in Nov 15. Now received a mail from MCA office that the application has been examined and marked as Sent for Re-submission with the following remarks: "capital contribution not mentioned in the inital agreement".
I had mentioned the capital contribution amount in LLP-3, so did not mentioned in agreement, Now please suggest me the complete process of submitting the LLP agreement in re submission.

28 December 2015 The LLP Agreement is a chartered document for LLP. Form 3 is just format in which details of LLP Agreement can be submitted to ROC.
You need to add a sentence in the LLP Agreement for initial contribution. This is must.

Practically, you can change that particular page after adding this particular clause and get it signed again and resubmit it with ROC in Form 3.

13 January 2016 Hi,
I have done the changes and try to re submit the form, but we are getting massage as "Any changes in information in form resulting in mismatch between fee applicable viz a viz paid is not allowed. pls rectify and submit" .
while re submiting the form LLP-3 is same as it was during first filing. Please advice what is meaning of this msg and what to do now.

14 January 2016 They are saying that upon resubmitting the form, the applicable fees are increasing against what you have paid.
However, it is difficult to tell you what exactly they are asking, without checking the form.
