Please guide me on restriction for Increase in Authorize Share Capital. Specially when earlier share capital is Partially called up.

a)If FDI is holding 51% shareholding
b) Uncalled capital is from local promotors?

14 December 2010 If you mean it is partially paid up then call the entire capital. There also there is no restriction to raise the authorised capital.

15 December 2010 Aditya Sir is it possible to increase the Authorize share capital and issue new partially paid up shares to promotors/employees without calling previous uncalled capital?
