Restricted Refund shows in ITR Website

One of my client facing Restricted Refund from 01-04-2023, even though the account is Validated and EVC Enabled. Also checked with Bank, they replied thats not their problem, their side were all are clear.
PAN, mobile number and mail id Linked with Bank
PAN and aadhar Linked
Till Last year refund received from the same bank.
Now it shows Restricted Refund Bank account
Please rectify this

It is a technical glitch, many assesses are facing now a days. Filing grievance is one of the options, but not cent percent fruitful. Advisable to link another bank account which is pre-validated for refund reissue.
