Response to u/s 143(1) in case of "net amount payble"

Hello,
Sorry for the repeated question. But couldn't get the clear answer from existing threads so here is my question :
I received u/s 143(1) from income tax dept for AY 2011-12. I was asked to pay interest under sections 234B and 234C. I have paid this amount using online tax payment.
How do I respond to IT dept :
1. No need to respond.
2. respond with copy of challan.
3. revised ITR.

First Check the Form 26AS that this challan is showing in that Assessment year. if yes than Write a letter to CPC banglore about it and send it with copy of challan.
