I want to modify main objects of the company. I want to add resolution so that company can do the trading of shares. Can some one prvoide me with Board Resolution?

main objects can be changed only by passing a resolution in the general meeting of shareholders and not in board meeting.

Here is the resolution
Resolved that the Company do agree with M/s. ABC Securities Private Limited , Member of the Bombay Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (BSE) for the purpose of dealing on Capital Market segment or any other segment that may be introduced by BSE in future and the said Trading Member be and is hereby authorised to honor instructions, oral or written, given on behalf of the company by any of the under noted hereby authorized signatories:-

Who is authorised to sell, purchase, transfer, endorse, negotiate documents and/or otherwise deal through M/s. ABC Securities Private Limited on behalf of the Company.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. PQR and / or Mrs. XYZ Directors of the Company be and hereby authorised to sign, execute and submit such applications, undertakings agreements and other requisite documents, writings and deeds as may be deemed necessary or expedient to pen account and given effect to this resolution
AND RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, the Common Seal of the Company be affixed, wherever necessary, in the presence of any Director or of any one director and Company Secretary, who shall sign the same in token of the presence
