28 November 2009 INVESTMENT IN FIXED DEPOSITS

â€œRESOLVED THAT pursuant to Section 292 (1)(d) and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 1956, consent of the Board be and is hereby accorded to invest upto Rs. _________________in Fixed Deposit Scheme of _____________(name of the bank) and that the said investment be made from the surplus fund available with the Company.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. ______________or Mr. ____________Managing Director/Director of the company be and are hereby jointly and / or severally authorized to sign the necessary documents and to give the instructions to invest, reinvest and withdraw from the said fund.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Company do accept the terms and conditions as contained in the application form or any other terms and conditions as may be notified by the Bank in connection with the provisions of products and services offered by the bank through other channels as phone and internet.â€
