can any one forward the resolution for disclosure of interest and in which meeting it should be there should it be in 1st quater meeting.

27 May 2010 There is no need of passing the resolution for disclosure of interest, but u have to note the same in the first quarter meeting. The following wordings can be used

The Chairman placed before the Meeting notice received from the Directors of the Company disclosing their interest in other organizations pursuant to Section 299 of the Companies Act, 1956 the Board noted the same.
