Plz provide me a resolution for appointing an Authorised Signatory for signing all papers of the Company?

06 June 2010 This resoluton should be for giving a power of attorney to the person to sign all papers etc.

A general board resoluton would not be sufficient before many authorities. Hence, pass the board resolution for giving POA and make the POA very detailed.
