Section 136 – Copies of instrument creating the charge
Section 143 – Register of Charges
Section 193 – Board Minutes (nothing prescribed)
Section 303 - Register of Directors etc.
Section 372A – Register of Investments

27 September 2010 You can keep it at any other place but within the local limits of registered office by passing Special Resolution and filing the same with ROC in Form 23.
