plz.....tell me that if a director dont have DIN and he want resign....what is the procedure for resignation in this situation

14 August 2010 It would not be possible to register his resignation with the ROC. In such cases, if the director is co-operative, then advise him to first obtain DIN and then file his resignation.

14 August 2010 DIN is to be obtained and DIN3 shall be filed then form 32 for resignation may be uploaded. If this director has resigned on or before 31st October, 2006 and F32 is not filed till now, it can be filed now (without getting DIN) uder CLSS scheme which is in operation till 31st August
