Can we take note of resignation of a director through passing circular resolution, as per CA Act, 2013?
And apart from DIR-11 and DIR-12, what all forms are required to be filed with ROC for said purpose.

Pursuant to section 175(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, circular resolution shall be noted at a subsequent meeting of the board.
E-forms to be filed in case Resignation of Director are form DIR.11 and DIR.12.
