04 November 2015 I am managing director of a pvt ltd company in which one director has resigned from office.
Kindly suggest what process we need to follow in regard to MCA filing.

04 November 2015 Total two forms will be filed.
A Resigning director is required to file Form DIR-11 within 30 days from the date of resignation.
and Company is required to file Form DIR-12 within 30 days from the date of resignation.
