15 July 2015 A DIRECTOR OF A COMPANY HAS DIED IN THE YEAR 2002 AND DID NOT HAD A DIN, THEN WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RESIGNATION OF THE DIRECTOR AFTER HIS DEATH.

16 July 2015 How can a person give his resignation after his death?
It was a company's responsibility to inform about death of the Director. He ceased to be a director on the date of his death.

If company had not informed about his death to ROC, then plz visit ROC and ask them about this.
