31 December 2013 I am a article assistant in a ca firm but due to some personal reason i want to discontinue my ca course for some temporary period ... so can any one advice me what procedures i should follow while resigning and what shall be the procedure if in any case i opt to resume my ca articleship

31 December 2013 if you are in your first year of training then directly file form 109 else first u need to take permission from icai on letter aand then if they allow then file form 109.
