06 April 2015 experts, if a person is staying in a house, and his other relative are residing in other house. then for IT purpose can we termed both as residential property.both r owned by same person.

06 April 2015 A person can not own two houses as self occupied properties so you have to show one house as let out property in accordance with section 24 of income tax act.
