Where is a resident's welfare association supposed to file its balance sheet (other than income tax)?

IF THE ASSOCIATION IS REGD. UNDER SOCIETY REGN. ACT ,THEN THE ANNUAL ACCOUNTS ADOPTED BY THE MEMBERS SHALL BE FILED WITH THE REGISTRAO OF SOCIETIES.
(IN MOST STATES THESE REGISTRARS ALSO ACT AS REGR.OF DEATHS AND BIRTHS , PARTNERSHIP FIRMS AND AS MARRIAGE REGISTRARS)
