I forget the Password to login Income Tax Department, also Secret question, we have not filed IT Return Previously

Just click forgot passwords and it will ask PY filed Acknowledgment number details then you can go with new password..

its very problemetic,
but if you need to get new password then send your full name,DOB,to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in
afterthen they will rectify it from there via send you a email of conformation.

Above problem happend like this,
While registering New User Registration with income tax department I Provided worng Email Id mistakenly, and forgot Secret Question and answer, so Could not activate my account, nor apply for newuser registration,
I send Email to efiling@incometaxindia.gov.in
stating Name , Pan , DOB, and Email
they send email to me Id and New password also
I think Query has sufficeint for my friends
