I have forgotten my log in password for IT site incometaxefilingindia.gov.in. I did file my ITR for AY 12-13 however I dont have the acknowledgement (ITR V) & i dont email id to me by IT authorities. There is an option of password recovery by answering the secret question the answer of which I have also forgotten. I cant register again myself since my PAN is already registered.MY new email id is (sushantclick@gmail.com)
Guys if anyone has faced this situation please help as I need to file my ITR for this AY.

If know the registered email id (i.e email id indicated at the time of registration of pan) then from that email id send a mail with request to reset password to the following address with the following details
Note : If you're not able to reset the password with any of the three options above, please send an email to - validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with the following details
PAN
PAN holder's Name
Date of Birth / Date of Incorporation
Father's Name
Registered PAN address
On successful validation, the password will be sent to your Registered Email.
if the details provided by you then the dummy password will send to that email ID.
with that password you can login and then change the password and continue your work.

However i make a mail from my mail id with request the re-set password. So please verify your registered email id regularly the re-set password shall sent to that only. In case if any information regarding this received to my mail i will inform you.
