Plase give me suggestion on below matter
our sales material are return to company we lies in our record as Rejection Material & after some day we aend this material to another party in part consignment, but i have confusion regarding that how we again charge duty in part as well as what is correct effect on Rg-1 when it is reprocess

after repairing you can send material to any party in part or in full, as the material is reprocessed hence there is no need to enter it in DSA/ RG1 while clearing.
you can treat the rejected goods as raw material and can avail the credit on that and after reprocess agian clear it on excise. the effect of such that you have to pay duty one time only.
