Need your Valuable views in respect of my Query, related to compliance to be done to start a business.

Actually, I want to know the requirements and procedure to be followed to start a new Tour & Travel business.

Under which Acts / Laws, need I get to register?

28 February 2013 Tour and travel business is a service which comes under service no. 106 namely " Tour Operators service" and for this you need to get it register under the Service tax by making an application in Form ST-1. Such registration is online registration by visiting the website " www.aces.gov.in".

But first must decide the status under which you want registration i.e. either as proprietorship concern or partnership concern or a Company or LLP.
