30 January 2009 Kindly Clarify. In wake of recent ruling on wednesday by SC that no proof is required for claiming LTA exemption, does it means that employee can claim LTA without submission of bills from now onwards.

30 January 2009 Law has not changed therefore we have to follow the law till modified or a clarification is issued by the CBDT.
