In a company whose paid up capital is Rs.1 lakh is necessary to Appoint a
1. Company Secretary
2. Chartered Accountant
3. Auditors

Since the paid up capital is 1 lakh it is a private ltd Co.
A company Secretary is to be Mandatorily appointed if the Paid up Capital is 5 Crore.
Also no need to appoint a CA
But the company has to gets its account Audited by the Auditor.
