Required to send Physical Papers in ROC Office?

04 July 2011 i filed form 1,18 & 32 online. Is there need to send MOA & AOA & Other doc attached to Form in Concerned ROC Office???

04 July 2011 Dear Kulvinder,

Actual and good legal practice says you should sends physical copies to concerned ROC.But in practical scenario if you not deposit the MOA and AOA ROC will not take any legal action.

05 July 2011 There is no need to send any physical copy. Rule for depositing physical copies have been discarded long ago.
