Require help in calculation of article ship period.

26 October 2013 I had joined a firm on 24/11/2012.
Took transfer on 24/05/2013.

Joined another firm on 01/06/2013.
Took transfer on 26/10/2013.

My questions are,
1. Total Period for which I have served as an article till 26th Oct.

2. Period for which I have to serve to complete article ship of 3 years.

Please help me asap so that I can confirm my calculation.

27 October 2013 LEAVE CALUCULATION IS TO BE DONE FOR FULL 3 YEARS FOR ASCERTAINING EXCESS LEAVE

SUPPOSE
An article completed 3 years of articleship till now. So,

Total working days: 365*3 = 1,095 days
Leaves Taken so far = 195 days
Actual period Served = 995 days
Leaves Earned = 1/6th on 995
= 165 days
Excess leave taken=(195-165)

caluculate accordingly

27 October 2013 1)if you have taken leave then in between sundays and holidays are treated as leave
