please tell me the difference between first and subsequent allotment of shares

WHEN THE COMPANY IS NEWLY INCORPORATED, THE COMPANY ISSUES SOME SHARES AT THE START OF THE PROCESS, AND THESE SHARES ARE GIVEN TO THE SHAREHOLDERS WHO ARE CALLED THE SUBSCRIBERS. THIS IS CALLED FIRST ALLOTMENT.
bUT WHEN AT THE LATER STAGE COMPANY ALLOTS THE SHARE TO RAISE THE SHARE CAPITAL , THEN IT IS CALLED SUBSEQUENT ALLOTMENT OF SHARES . THIS IS USUALLY DONE TO REPAY SOME OR ALL OF THE COMPANY BORROWING
