Req help for roc annual filing

12 December 2014 I have filled up the eforms and completed Pre scrutiny . But the submit button on each form is disabled. Then how can I file the particular form.

Moreover, my system is not detecting the DSC as 'Browse' button to detect DSC is not working while creating new user id for e filing.

2. Use Supported Browser and Settings

3. Enable Java and Pop-ups
