28 September 2010 Can any body provide the format of reply to ROC show cause notice U/s220,159,162
as i have already filed the forms before CLSS scheme.and now want to satisfy them.

29 September 2010 No need to file any reply just apply for immunity certificate under CLSS. I have recently done that and also got immunity certificate from the ROC.

18 October 2010 thanxs for ur advice i got the approval of form clss by mail but the hard copy of immunity certificate is still pending from the side of roc.pls advice what to do now.

18 October 2010 wait for that, you will receive it in due course, ROC will send the same at the registered office address of the co. concerned
