ACTUALLY I HAD received mine PAN CARD IN 2005 .... WHEN MY C.A. FILED ITR-1 IN 2011 IN WRONGLY A.O.NOW ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO. AND RECEIPT RECEIVED THROUGH INTERNET...

DURING ITR-1 FILING CA FIND OUT THAT ITR-4 ALREADY FILED FOR AY 2012-13 VIDE THIS PAN NO.

EXPERT JI,

PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY OPEN 2-3 SAVING ACCOUNT ALREADY OPENED ???????

PLEASE REPLY CAN I SURRENDER THIS PAN CARD ??

bur problem is that AO no forgot please solution CUSTOMER CENTRE telling me it is not your pan cardNo.this is issued in OTHER person SAME MINE NAME .

if AO is not helping you. Write him through RTI i.e how it can be possible and also further clarify about mistake done by deparment, then he has to take action.

i would like to inform you that IN this Pan card IS PRINTED mine photo.

regarding AO sir,

please tell me further procedure because

when i issued for PAN CARD address proof was mine office address in LAXMINAGAR DELHI AND MINE DRIVING LICENCE WAS MADE IN SAHARANPUR UTTAR PARDESH

IN THIS CONDITION SIR,

DEPARTMENT DISPATCH ME PAN CARD IN LAXMINAGAR OFFICE PLEASE TELL ME IS MINE AO IS IN DELHI OR IN SAHARANPUR (U.P.) SO THAT I ENABLE FOR SUBMIT RTI LETTER.
