Gud afternoon sir
Supoose my turn over apprnx 7 lakh.I have only 1 heavey truck. My truck hired by a transporter co.Name OMX LTD. He deduct my tds . My query only that in which section.i fill my return under sec.44ae.
My detai given below
gross total=7ooooo
truck heavey=1
lic=9ooo
tds=6598
plz calculate my liablity

you have to declare income 60,000 or gross income total minus exp. WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.
then claim deduction u/s 80c and claim tds.
