We need to replace some if the kits
Please let me know the procedure for making invoice . This is free of cost. Kindly let me know what will be accounting treatment

Dear Rout, your attention is invited to the provisions of paragraph 2.43 of current Hand Book of Procedures of FTP 2015-20. In invoice the value of replaced goods would be nil.Payment of insurance and freight would allowed provided relacement of goods is subject to payment of insurance and freight supported by documentary evidence from the foreign buyer.
