Hi,
I have 2 house on which i have taken a housing loan. One is self occupied and another is let out.
In case of a self occupied house i have claimed interest on housing loan. there is no principal repayment.
In case of another property which is letout, i have dedudcted housing loan interest from rent received.
But my question is that can i claim principal repayment for this another house which is being letout under section 80 as deduction..?

Yes, you can claim such repayment of housing loan principle u/s 80C.
