Repayment of housing loan - deduction

Housing loan applicant deceased, co-applicants 3 persons, one of the co applicant remits the EMI , can he avail deduction for the entire amount. Other 2 co applicants not availing deduction. pls advice

Yes he can avail the deduction in full when others are not claiming any deduction.
