Hi Sir/Madam,
Is it possible to declare dividend to a foreign company? How long will it take to repatriate dividend money to a foreign country? What are the procedures?

Yes the dividend can be declared to foreign company.
The time taken will depend on your bankers.
You need to declare the dividend in normal course and then pay Dividend distribution Tax and then you can proceed to remit the same.
