in vacant land rent how much GST rate applicable.
in commercial office rent and house rent GST applicable pl confirm

Renting of vacant land is a service - 18% (9% + 9%) GST is applicable. Rent for Commercial office rent is chargeable at 18% as above.
Rent for residential dwelling for use as a residence is not exempt from GST.

Please read the above as "Is exempt from GST" in case of residential dwelling.
