02 February 2018 We provide house as rent through on line . our partners are MakeMyTrip, Goibibo etc.Persons book houses on line.Then they pay rent through on line by cash or net banking etc. Our turn over is less than 1.5 crore.

Ques . 1) Do we call it E-commerce business?
2) how shall we do sale entry in tally as cash sale etc.?
3) how shall we do gstr 3b file ( I want to know process of filing)?
4) what is the due date for Gstr 3B filing ? Because, we are not filing Gstr 3B , still now.
5) How shall we calculate the late fees & interest in case if tax is to pay ?

02 February 2018 I need to understand whether you are receiving payment from MMT, Goibibo or from client. As per my understanding, MMT takes money from the client and pays the same to you. In certain cases, cash is directly paid by the customer to you and you in turn pay the commission to MMT. Please specify in detail for getting the advice

10 February 2018 yes, I get commission to mmt, many customer pay cash & many other pay to my a/c on line.
whatever, please answer me for above questions.
Also tell me that retrurn process of E-commerce business is same or not.
