A society wishes to rent premises from its manager, who also holds the power to sign the rent deed on behalf of the society. This raises the question of whether one individual can validly sign the deed twice, once as the owner and again as the society's representative. Expert advice is sought on the validity of this arrangement, particularly concerning the registration of the manager's power to sign.

Hello, A society wants to take premises of Manager of society. Rent deed being executing between society and Manager(AS owner of premises), Manager has also powers of singing rent deed on behalf of society. Is it possible that One person is signing two times(one as sign as Owner and secondly sign as Tenant on behalf of society). Expert opinions are sought in this issue. Thanks
