HI!!
In one the rental agreements I have found that the agreement contains the following line:
"The agreement is valid for following four years as mentioned below: 2007-08 ,2008-09, 2009-10,2010-11"
The franking on the agreement is done on the 10th July,2010.
Is it valid agreement???

it means this agreement is registered from 10/07/2010 for reveune purpose. This is valid rent agreement.
