mere pass 10 mini bus 18 seater ki hai aur maine 2009-10 se 2011-12 tak pvt ltd company mein rent par di thi jiska annual rent 1200000.00 years hai lekin maine service tax charge nahi kiya to kya tax ki liability mini bus par banegi .

03 January 2015 yes you are liable to pay service tax if the rent in the single year is 12 lakh, as it crosses the threshold limit of rs. 10 lakh.
No exemption in this regard has been provided in the law.
