A private trust was given approval under Section 80G(5)(vi) for the period 11/06/08 to 31/3/2009.
Thus this certificate expires on 31/3/2009.

You have to file an application in Form No 10G in duplicate along with a copy of previous registration certificate and trust deed. After 2 or 3 months, depending on the city, the income tax department will sent you a letter to produce the evidence in support of your claim.
