if the book profit is Rs.55979/- what will be the remuneration 50000/- or 50381/-

Remuneration allowed to be paid will be 50000/- or 90% of Rs.55979/- which ever is more. 90% of 55979 come to Rs.50381/-.
So remuneration allowed is Rs. 50381/-. You can pay less or more. If paid more it will be disallowed under section 40
