is REMUNERATION PAID TO PARTNER WHO IS HUF ALLOWABLE U/S 40(b) or not. please answer with justification

The salary income earned by partner is to be related to labour and employment. By its very nature, salary is paid for certain services rendered and can be earned by individual and not by HUF.
