Removal of non moving finished goods without payment of duty

we have some non moving finished goods in RG-1 as weel as in physical. the items are non-moving because of close of business of that item. please guide us how we remove that items from RG-1 without payment of duty.

aask your R/O to attend the destruction and apply for remission of duty,
