17 September 2013 Dear Sir,

i am working as a finance officer in manufacturing company.
My question is i have done a mistake in ER1 month of june that is i have shown the short removal of goods of 10 TO but we have paid the duty against this 10 TO also, how rectify this mistake please help me to come out from this problem,

17 September 2013 You can rectify these issue with write a letter to the excise department.

17 September 2013 but this returns is month of june 13 so that superintendent of excise refuse to do this rectification and they have already verified this returns from their end.

17 September 2013 You can also put the remarks in the current excise return. They can not do anything if you have rectified with letter or remarks.
