14 April 2010 A co. incorporated in 05.09.2008. Pvt Co.
But i get my membership in 06.03.2009 . How can i Be appointed for that Balance Sheet Date.

I talk to my friend who is member at that date i thought Give his name for appointment as First Auditors and then remove him and then appoint my self.

If i can this please tell the exact procedure and necessary resolution

15 April 2010 You can remove first auditor in General Meeting only and notice of appointment of new auditor is give to member atleast 14 days before the date of Meeting.
