Removal of exisring auditors and appointment of new auditors

29 January 2015 A company wants to appoint new auditors. The old auditors were reappointment at the AGM as usual and 23B was also filed. Now, the company wants to appoint fresh auditors. Kindly let me know the entire procedure

29 January 2015 removal of auditor before expiry of his term would require prior approval from Central Govt which is to be sought through form ADT-2
