10 July 2024 Ji haan, agar kisi ne kisi company mein kaam shuru hone se pehle resign kar diya hai, toh us par kuch liability banti hai, jo tareekh aur circumstances par nirbhar karta hai. Yahaan kuch mukhya points hain jo samajhne mein madad karenge:

1. **Notice Period**: Agar employee ne notice period poori nahi ki hai, jaise ki contract ya company policies mein mention kiya gaya ho, toh company uss samay ka compensation maang sakti hai. Notice period ke antargat employee ko apni sthiti aur kaam se related duties aur responsibilities nibhani hoti hai.
