Hello Every body,
I have a case where we had removed one of the Director under Section
284 of the Companies Act 1956 earlier then the Company realises that
the Director vowes some money to the Company, now the Company sent a
letter asking the Director to pay back the amount but the Director is
not replying to any of the correspondence what would be the next
action.

Kindly issue a legal notice stating the amounts due and under what head.
If the amounts were received as a custodian on behalf of company and not retruning the same then it will criminal liablity.
Ater issuing legal notice based on the reply you have to proceed like civil suit or criminal suit based on the actual facts.
