Removal of cost auditors

16 July 2013 How can one appoint new Cost Auditor for a company. The previous Cost Auditors is not yet Re –appointed and we now want to appoint new Cost Auditors.

Will it require us to give the reasons for change in cost auditors & as per Form 23C (Point No. 8), which option should we tick.
